Brice has spent the last 20 years helping people and organizations at the intersection of people and business strategy. He has advised dozens of companies and hundreds of leaders on growth, innovation, and people and organizational development. He has founded or co-founded 9 businesses.

Prior to launching Antelope, he created Brice Consulting Group which operated with a network of global affiliates for some of the world’s leading companies, including: Accenture, CitiBank, Grant Thornton International, Visa, Fitch Ratings, Akamai, and GAP.

He spent a decade in financial services roles in retail banking, global wealth management, business strategy, and leadership development.  An experienced change management professional and six sigma project manager, he has led complex M&A organizational assessment and development initiatives, including a lead role in the BofA acquisition of Merrill Lynch.

He is known as an energetic and creative connector of people, ideas and solutions. Fascinated by the challenge of unleashing potential in people and organizations, he enjoys imagining new possibilities and bringing them to life through execution and team leadership.
